The most played game of Year,so far 2022

the npd group known for its gaming
Minecraft
industry analytics have revealed the top
10 most played games in the first
quarter of 2022 and 5 of the 10 are
games more than 2 years old the oldest
game still going strong on the list is
minecraft no surprise there which was
released way back in 2009 minecraft is
available on pretty much any device with
a screen from nearly decade old
smartphones and tablets to all the major
gaming consoles and vr headsets and
people are still turning out stunning

the cow's version of van gogh's starry
night

GTA V
second oldest on this list is none other
than grand theft auto 5 which hit story
shells in 2013.
it has since been re-re-re-released
on all new major consoles except the
switch with fancy new features like ray
tracing first-person mode and a robust
multiplayer although that's technically
a separate game now also on the list are
the sims 4 from 2014 animal crossing new
horizons from 2020 and of course call of
duty war zone also from 2020 some of the
newer games are men in nfl 22 call of
duty vanguard and nba 2k 22 all released
last year
so what about uber popular games like
skyrim and elder ring they ranked just
outside of the top 10 for q1 but q2
could be a very different list when
pretty much everyone played and are
still playing elder rings
and speaking of the dark fantasy open
world game from fromsoft it's another
day and another elden ring mod has
graced us slowly tarnished this one from
youtuber user luke yui allows you to
play four player co-op on pc of course
the vanilla game already allows you and
up to two friends to join in some fun
albeit temporarily cooperative rune
gathering but this mod not only allows
for one more player it also stops fall
and tarnish from being teleported back
to their own game those that perish get
to view the current game in spectator
mode
and that's not all all four players can
summon their own torrent mounts you can
ride across the lines between like your
own dark fantasy posse of outlaws if you
just want to grief your friends while
tackling the game's many enemies you can
also toggle friendly fire on or off by
easily switching to pvp mode and items
dropped from defeated bosses are shared
amongst all party members along with
game progress and more
not sure if there's a way to revive your
fallen comrades or if they're stuck in
spectator purgatory for the remainder of
the host game session but you can find

luke uwe's mod goes live today may 27th

and if you're tired of playing those
newfangled modern games how about a
little hint of nostalgia courtesy of the
new and improved playstation plus just
in time for the new light year movie
1999's toy story 2 buzz lightyear to the
rescue will be played on the playstation
4 and playstation 5 if you have the top
tier playstation plus premium
subscription plan don't let the video
game movie license scare you away this
one's actually pretty good at its heart
it's a solid 3d platformer with some
challenging puzzles and vibrant visuals
for its time of course don't expect
anything fancy like ray tracing and
don't get this confused with the n64
version which by most accounts is a
sloppy port
right now the game is available to
playstation plus premium users in asia
but should be coming to other regions as
playstation plus premium expands around
the globe in the coming months and if
